Developed over 30 years, our main site currently consists of 11 separate glasshouse units on a 15 acre site. Our newest glasshouse, blocks 10 and 11, came into production in 2008. It covers a total of 3.5 acres and benefits from all of the very latest advantages of a modern and efficient glasshouse production unit. We have four modern computer-controlled transplanting lines in our dedicated and centralised production unit in Tarleton. At present we have a capability of transplanting 110,000 plants/hour into packs. In addition, we have single pot and planter/hanging basket lines. At full capacity, this site alone will produce over a million plants per day during our busy period.
