We’re pleased to announce a significant new investment in our production technology with the installation of a state-of-the-art Da Ros transplanter line at our Lancashire nursery.
Designed to enhance both efficiency and consistency, the new line represents a major step forward in our core pot plant production. The system includes an integrated growing tray denester, pot denesters accommodating 9cm, 10.5cm, 12cm and 1-litre pots, as well as a fully automated watering chamber—streamlining the transplanting process from start to finish.
This investment will enable Lovania to further improve output quality while increasing capacity across our key ranges. By automating traditionally labour-intensive stages, the new machine will ensure greater uniformity in planting and watering, supporting stronger, more consistent crop development.
This latest addition reinforces the company’s commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability, and delivering high-quality plants at scale for our garden centre and retail customers.
